This explains what Andromeda Apps Inc. ("we") handles when you use psstbee.

What we keep

  • Your account: email address and a hashed password.
  • Your calls: the context you type, documents you add, transcripts, notes, cards, summaries, and what they cost to process. Deleting a call deletes its documents.
  • Billing status from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Transcripts can include what other people said on the call. Please tell them you're using psstbee.

If you sign up for free, we may email you a tip on how to use psstbee and a note about our plans. Each of those emails has a link to stop them. Account email, like password links, still goes out.

What we don't keep

We don't store call audio. It goes directly from your browser to our transcription provider and doesn't pass through our servers.

Who processes it

  • Soniox: turns call audio into text.
  • Anthropic: its Claude models read the text and any documents you add, and write the cards, notes and summaries.
  • Stripe: takes payments and manages subscriptions.
  • Amazon Web Services: sends account email.
  • Google Cloud: hosts the app.
  • Meta: measures our ads (see Cookies below).
  • Microsoft: Clarity shows us how people use our public pages (see Cookies below).

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your calls for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your calls until you ask us to delete them or close your account, including after a plan ends, so you can come back to them. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices

To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, email hello@psstbee.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in, a short-lived one to finish a checkout, and browser storage to remember your theme and your answer below.

We also use Meta's pixel to measure our ads, which sets Meta's own cookies. In Europe it loads only if you accept cookies. Elsewhere it's on unless you turn it off. It tells Meta when you view a public page, sign up, start your first free call or buy a plan, along with the amount and the page address. It doesn't receive your email, transcripts, notes or anything said on a call. To change your choice, use "Cookie choices" at the bottom of this page.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to improve our public pages, such as the home page, blog, login and signup. It records how you use those pages, including clicks, scrolling and what's on screen, and shows it to us as heatmaps and session replays. It sets Microsoft's own cookies, and Microsoft collects this data and can use it as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. It follows the same choice as Meta's pixel. It's switched off once you open your dashboard, a call or anything else in your account, so it doesn't record your calls, transcripts or notes, and we don't send it your email or what you type into forms.
